These terms apply to vyv-crypto.com and to all information the VYV team publishes about the VYV token. By using this website you agree to them.

01What VYV is

VYV is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain with a fixed supply of 100,000,000. Holding VYV gives no ownership, equity, voting, dividend, profit-sharing or other rights in any company, project or person. VYV is not a security, a deposit, a loan or a payment instrument, and it is not backed by any asset.

02No investment advice and no promise of profit

Nothing on this website, in the Litepaper or on official VYV channels is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. The VYV team does not promise that VYV will have any value, price, liquidity or listing on any exchange. Plans such as VYV Chain are intentions that may change, be delayed or not be delivered.

03Restricted jurisdictions

VYV is not offered to, and this website is not directed at, persons who are residents of, located in, or citizens of:

• the United States of America and its territories;
• any country or region under comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States;
• any jurisdiction where acquiring, holding or using VYV is prohibited or requires a licence or registration that the user does not have.

You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws of your country, including tax rules.

04Risks

• Crypto assets are highly volatile. You can lose the full amount you spend.
• Liquidity can be low, and you may not be able to sell VYV at a price you expect, or at all.
• Smart contracts, wallets and blockchains can have bugs, be attacked or stop working.
• Transactions on a blockchain are final. Tokens sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
• Laws on crypto assets change and may limit access to VYV in your country.
• Scammers may copy the VYV name. Only the contract 0x5a9AeeF74cCDf9430a2277D0882Afa577ca6956e and the links on vyv-crypto.com are official.

05How the team acts

• The VYV team does not sell tokens privately and does not collect funds. Any launch will be announced on vyv-crypto.com first.
• The team never sends the first message and never asks for a seed phrase, private key or payment.
• The team created and holds VYV tokens. Team and allocation wallets are published on this website.

06Website and third parties

Information on this website is provided "as is" and may contain errors or become out of date. Links to third-party services (for example BscScan, Uniswap, GoPlus or wallets) are given for convenience. The VYV team does not control those services and is not responsible for them.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the VYV team is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, from acquiring, holding or transferring VYV, or from relying on any information published about VYV.
